Our Home Care Aides (HCAs) / Caregivers Enjoy:

Your Role as a Home Care Aide (HCA) / Caregiver
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take their medication, document their condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
Requirements for Our Home Care Aides (HCAs) / Caregivers
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of relative experience
- CPR certification
- Valid PA driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation (preferred)
- Compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
