We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to adults with disabilities in our group homes. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for the personal needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes and group homes
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to supervisors
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- 6 months to 1 year of experience working with disabled individuals preferred
