**About the Role:**
A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is needed to provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in a group home setting.
Pay Rate and Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $17 per hour, with quarterly bonuses of up to $200 annually. Additionally, benefits include health insurance, accrued PTO, and referral bonuses up to $500.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and hygiene services, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake. They will also assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises, as well as monitor vital signs and document any changes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and driving record
- CPR and first aid certification
- Six months to one year of experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals (preferred)
- Knowledge of Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) (preferred)
