Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to adults with disabilities in group homes. This will include:
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance, including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Observing client behavior and notifying supervisors of any issues that require a change in care, medication, or equipment
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals is preferred, but not required.
