Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide direct care services to patients, including personal care and hygiene assistance
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support patients with ambulation, transfers, and exercise programs
- Monitor vital signs, intake/output, and blood glucose levels
- Document patient progress and communicate with supervisors
- Meet minimum requirements, including high school diploma, valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and previous experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals
