- Hourly Pay: Up to $17 per hour
- Typical Hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm-4pm, averaging 10-30 hours per week
The School/Club Van Driver will transport students to extra-curricular activities and oversee events at specific venues. Ensuring student safety and well-being while providing a positive experience is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a van safely, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Transport children, following all relevant safety and security protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized van through regular cleaning and sanitizing
- Assist children as needed, ensuring they arrive safely and helping with their belongings
- Foster a positive environment for all children
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and support staff to meet the needs of all children
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a van or similar vehicle
- Experience working with children in childcare or educational settings
- Coaching, mentoring, and camp activity experience
- Strong communication skills with children and adults
