**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Care Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare of NEPA. As a PCA, you will provide hands-on personal care and support to students with special needs in a classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students with autism, emotional, and behavioral challenges
- Assist with bathroom duties and ensure the child's safety and well-being
- Report observations and concerns to Interim supervisor
- Follow school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months experience in relative field (behavioral health, pediatrics)
- CPR and First Aid Certificate (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work with physically disabled children
Benefits:
- $22 per hour
- $50 quarterly bonuses (up to $200 annually)
