This is a Monday-Friday position, with on-call one weekend a month. We do report to the office, this is not a home-based position. The hours are from 0830-1730.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Champion: Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families.
- Problem Solver: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and continuous care.
