Interim HealthCare is seeking an enthusiastic Home Health Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow with our agency while playing a vital role in supporting our field team.

This is a Monday-Friday position, with on-call one weekend a month.

We do report to the office, this is not a home-based position.

The hours are from 0830-1730.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Champion : Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients and their families.

Problem Solver : Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and continuous care.

Coordinator Extraordinaire : Schedule and coordinate home care services, matching clients with the appropriate caregivers.

Qualifications :
