The following abilities are ESSENTIAL:
- CNA license preferably but not a deal breaker
- Can commit to weekend and overnight ON-CALL schedule
- Home care or facility scheduling experience
- High level of social and communications skills
- Proficiency with staff scheduling software
- Negotiable compensation/ depending on experience.
