**Job Details**
This is a full-time position with a weekend rotation approximately every 6 weeks. You will work independently in the field, visiting patients in their homes to provide one-on-one in-home care.
**Requirements**
- You must have a valid Physical Therapist license.
- You should have experience working in home healthcare or a related field.
- You should be able to travel within the geographic area serviced by our office.
**Benefits**
- We offer a competitive salary range of $87,360 to $106,080 annually.
