Job Description
As a Resident Aide at Interim HealthCare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing, as well as monitoring vital signs and documenting changes in patient condition. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist patients with personal care and hygiene needs
- Monitor vital signs and document changes in patient condition
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient care
- Support patients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, toileting, and dressing
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful as a Resident Aide, you will need a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months of previous adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course. Additionally, you must possess a compassionate nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
