As a Resident Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in various facilities such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers and hospitals.
Your role will involve assisting with daily needs of patients including bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
You will also be responsible for helping with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises. Additionally, you will check vitals, measure intake/output, and document any changes.
A team player with a compassionate nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required for this position.
