Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- 3 years of hospice experience, with 2 years in leadership or management.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic development, and clinical excellence.
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations, Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare software preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
