Job Title: Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and offer incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting, as evaluated/delegated and permitted by policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare, along with federal, state, and local laws or regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to ensure seniors live safely at home.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways.
- Engage clients in activities that bring joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two positive professional references.
