Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their home setting. Your duties may include reporting changes in the client's condition, performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and providing incidental/instrumental activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors in a safe and comfortable environment
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication and document their condition
- Notify a supervisor of any concerns or issues that may arise
- Participate in activities that bring joy and fulfillment to clients' lives

Job Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive professional references
