Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes. This includes reporting any changes in their condition, performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and providing incidental/instrumental activities of daily living.

Big Picture View of Duties:

• Provide essential care and support for seniors to live safely at home
• Assist with various tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
• Offer medication reminders, document the client's condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring joy to the clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:

• 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
• 2 positive references
