Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) Position
We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our interdisciplinary team as Home Health Aides (HHAs). As a HHA, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures, and assist with daily living activities.

BIG PICTURE VIEW OF DUTIES:
- Provide essential support for seniors to live safely at home
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns
- Evaluate and maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
