Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Support clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients about medication and document their condition, notifying a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to our clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- Two positive professional references
