Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with daily living activities to clients in their homes. You will work within the framework of Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Aid with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Offer medication reminders, document the client's condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Evaluate and ensure a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive professional references
