**Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)**
As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with incidental/instrumental activities of daily living for clients in their home setting.

Big Picture View of Duties:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders, document the client's condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Job Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
