Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes. You will report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Job Duties for Caregivers:
- Provide personalized care and support to seniors in need.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- 2 positive references.
