Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
As a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their home setting, report changes in their condition, and perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns.
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Engage in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- 2 positive references.
