Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As members of the interdisciplinary team, you provide hands-on personal care, report changes in clients' conditions, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in home settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document client conditions
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- Two positive professional references
