Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As members of the interdisciplinary team, you provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting. You evaluate/delegate tasks as permitted by Interim HealthCare's policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Your responsibilities as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide include:
- Providing seniors with the personal care and support they need to live safely at home
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Helping with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises
- Reminding clients to take their medications and documenting their condition
- Notifying supervisors of any concerns
- Maintaining a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Engaging clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- At least 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- Two positive professional references
