About the Job
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Home Health Aides. As members of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, perform simple procedures, and assist with activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Engage clients in activities that bring joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
Requirements
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references from previous employers or professional organizations
Salary : $15 - $17
