Job Title: Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an HHA, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients about medication, document their condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment by maintaining unobstructed pathways.
- Engage clients in activities that bring them joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
