Job Title: Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As members of the interdisciplinary team, you provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
