Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, and perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.

- Provide essential personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to live safely at home
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients to take medication, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
