Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) Role
As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in clients' conditions, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with incidental/instrumental activities of daily living for clients in the home setting.

Broad Overview of Responsibilities:
- Deliver essential support to help seniors live safely at home
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders, document clients' conditions, and notify supervisors of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

Job Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive professional references
