Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
We are part of an interdisciplinary team providing hands-on personal care, reporting changes in client condition, and performing simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services. We provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their homes, evaluated/delegated and permitted by policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and federal/state/local laws/regulations.

Big Picture View of Duties:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders, document condition, and notify supervisor of any concerns.
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.

Job Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
