Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA)
As members of the interdisciplinary team, we provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, and perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services. We also provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in the home setting, as evaluated/delegated and as permitted by policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and federal, state, and local laws or regulations.

Job Duties for Caregivers
- Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Remind clients about medications, document their condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
- Engage clients in enjoyable activities like puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Job Requirements
- 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two positive professional references.
