Job Duties
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to care plans.
