Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
We are seeking skilled Home Health Aides to join our interdisciplinary team. As a member of our team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, and perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.

Job Duties for Home Health Aides:
- Provide personal care and support to seniors enabling them to live safely at home.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Provide medication reminders and document the client's condition, notifying a supervisor of any concerns.
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
- Engage clients in activities that bring joy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- 2 positive references.
