Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an HHA, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in the client's condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and provide incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home setting.

Key Job Duties:
- Provide Personal Support: Assist seniors with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Assist with Mobility: Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises.
- Monitor Medication and Safety: Provide medication reminders, document the client's condition, and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the client's home is safe and unobstructed.
- Encourage Social Interaction: Participate in activities that bring joy to the client, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
Requirements:
- 6 Months Adult Caregiving Experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate.
- Two Positive References
