Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver
We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our interdisciplinary team, providing hands-on personal care and support to seniors in their homes.
About the Role:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Medication reminders and documentation of client conditions
- Maintaining a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
