Job Description
- Provide personal care and support to seniors, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help clients with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises
- Remind clients of medication schedules and document any changes in their condition, notifying a supervisor if concerns arise
- Maintain a safe home environment by ensuring unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to our clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- Two positive references from previous employers or clients
