We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their home setting.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate. You will assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
- Provide medication reminders and document client condition
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
You will also participate in activities that bring joy to our clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
