Salary Information
We offer a competitive hourly rate for our Home Health Aides (HHAs), ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. This compensation reflects the importance of your role in providing top-notch care to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.
- Provide medication reminders, document client condition, and notify supervisors of any concerns.
- Evaluate and ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course/certificate.
- Two positive references.
