We provide personalized, home-based care to seniors in need of assistance with daily living activities. Our team of caregivers works closely with clients to create a customized care plan that meets their unique needs and preferences.
Job Summary:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide support with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
- Help clients maintain their independence by assisting with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Document client condition and notify supervisors of any concerns
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
