Currently, we are looking for an Intake Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the admissions process seamlessly.

As a Intake Coordinator, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Complete intake screening including obtaining, documenting, and analyzing clinical and payer information.
- Acting as the contact telephone liaison interfacing with referral sources, outside agencies, health professionals and payer sources.
- Receives referrals, prepares reports and responses to inquiries.
- Clearly communicates clinical and payer information verbally and in writing.
A few must-haves for Intake Coordinators:
- Healthcare experience verifying benefits/ eligibility of medical benefits, preferred.
- Experience obtaining or processing pre-authorizations for medical services and/or procedures.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must have effective prioritization and time management skills and familiar with Medical terminology and referral processing.
- Perfect candidate is someone that is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) or has a vast understanding of medical Terminology.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
