As a PCA, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to enable clients to live safely at home
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Helping with mobility, transferring, and exercises to maintain range of motion
- Notifying supervisors of any concerns or changes in client condition
- Maintaining a safe home environment with clear pathways
- Engaging in activities that bring joy to clients, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies
