Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic nursing care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care
- Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers and ambulation
- Engage residents in activities that promote mental and social well-being
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing home or assisted living setting
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
