Caregiver Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Trained Medication Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in Pine City and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Certificate from a Trained Medication Aide course of at least 48 hours
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- 6 months of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- 6 months of experience as a TMA
- High school diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form
