Job Title: Certified Trained Medication Aide
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Trained Medication Aide to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities in Pine City and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual needs and plans of care.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
- Chart resident progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Certificate from a Trained Medication Aide course of at least 48 hours.
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry.
- 6 months of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.
- 6 months of experience as a TMA.
- High school diploma/GED.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks.
- Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form.
- Charting in electronic medical records system.
