Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Trained Medication Aide to provide exceptional care to our seniors in assisted living and memory care facilities in Pine City and surrounding areas.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will possess a Certificate from a Trained Medication Aide course of at least 48 hours, be certified as a CNA with current status on the MN CNA Registry, and have 6 months of experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Additionally, they must have high school diploma/GED, be at least 18 years old, and pass criminal background checks. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are essential, as well as proficiency in charting electronic medical records systems.
Responsibilities:
- Pass medications accurately and safely
- Assist residents with daily cares under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Document resident information in electronic medical records system
