Job Description: As a hospice registered nurse with Interim HealthCare, you will provide patient care after-hours, weekdays, weekends, and as needs arise. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient plans of care. Your responsibilities will include performing patient assessments, administering medication and treatments, and educating family members on patient prognosis and care plan changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a registered nurse (RN) license, CPR certification, valid car insurance, and at least three years of prior hospice experience. You should also have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in medical terminology.
