We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Interim HealthCare Staffing. As a valued member of our healthcare staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of seniors by providing high-quality care and support.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for providing emotional support and companionship to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $26-$32 per hour, depending on experience and shift differential. Additionally, we provide weekly pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. All shifts are available, including weekends and short-notice shifts, which are a priority.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and hold a current CNA certificate and status on the MN CNA Registry. A minimum of one year of nursing home or assisted living experience is required, as well as the ability to pass a criminal background check and communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
