Job Description
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for residents in assisted living/memory care facilities.
- Manage medication regimens and monitor overall health status.
- Supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs) or personal care assistants (PCAs) on shift.
- Provide health education to residents and their families on various topics.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Requirements
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
