Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a per diem support staff member. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assessing the needs of residents and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for residents.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and communications related to resident care.
Requirements
- RN degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Previous experience in geriatric nursing, with a strong focus on providing quality care to elderly individuals.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $50 - $60
