Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive hourly rates of $25-$32, depending on shift differential, with weekly pay options. Full-time staff can also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus.
Job Responsibilities
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to seniors in their homes or in assisted living and memory care facilities. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or older
- CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry
- Minimum of 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Ability to communicate in English in verbal and written form
- Able to complete charting in electronic medical records systems
